Criteria for becoming an ambassador

1. Must be a Medical Doctor in a Hospital.

2. There must be no Ambassador at your Hospital. 

3. Knows, understands and has a growing passion for safe access to surgery.

4. Proof of enrollment or employment.

Prepare

1. Personal Statement of interest towards Global Surgery and why this position is important to you? (500 words max).

2. Curriculum Vitae (No more than 3 page).

3. Ambassador's annual membership fee of RM20.

1. Times New Roman.

2. Font Size 11.

3. Single Spacing.

4. Normal Margin.

5. Upload in PDF format.

1. If the application is not complete, it is considered void.

3. If the Professional Conduct is broken, the application is considered void.
